HOW TO SEND FABRIC TO JUST SEW HELEN

  1. Select your chosen fabrics - see Keepsakes Using Customer Fabrics
  2. Ensure that any cherished fabric has been laundered and is folded prior to posting.  Clothing/fabric that is not freshly laundered will be declined & returned to the customer.  * See additional information surrounding COVID 19 Safety * 
  3. After purchasing, & by prior arrangement only, the customer can arrange for local drop off at my address.
  4. I recommend placing the item(s) in a plastic bag before packing to ensure they are received clean and dry by Just Sew Helen.
  5. You will receive an order number with your order confirmation - please put this number on the outside of your parcel.
  6. Any special features you wish to be incorporated into your keepsake - please add these on a note inside with the fabric items &, again, include your reference number and your name & address.  Details can also be emailed to [email protected] 
  7. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the fabric is well packaged and to meet the cost of posting the fabric.
  8. The postal address in which to send your fabrics will be emailed after an order is placed via the website shop.
  9. Just Sew Helen will take responsibility for the fabric once it is delivered to my address.
  10. I recommend using a trackable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery - Further details can be found HERE.
  11. I will confirm receipt, & take responsibilty of your fabrics, once received.
