In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, or you item is faulty, please see below :

  4. Exclusions apply for personalised and custom orders unless they are faulty.
  5. If an item is faulty I will try to correct the order.
  6. Any full or partial refund will be via the original payment method on receipt of the returned item.
